REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY



CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADDRESS ACCURACY

At Southern Built, we rely entirely on the shipping information provided during checkout. If the address entered is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, and the order fails to reach you, we are not responsible for recovering or replacing that package.

Once tracking confirms your package has been delivered, liability transfers to the customer. Please verify your shipping address thoroughly before completing your order to avoid any issues.

 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES & RETURN TO SENDER

When an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address (such as “return to sender”), we’ll reach out to the email listed on your order. From that point, you have 30 calendar days to respond with updated shipping information or request reshipment.

If we do not receive a reply within those 30 days, the order will be marked as inactive and will not be reshipped or refunded.

Shipping fees for resending returned items are the customer’s responsibility.

Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend a returned package.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We’re happy to exchange any product that meets the following conditions: it must be in brand-new condition — unworn, unwashed, and unused. Exchanges must be initiated within 60 days of your purchase date.

You are responsible for sending the item back to us and covering the cost to ship the new item to you. Exchanges can be made for any item of equal or greater value (you'll need to pay the difference if upgrading). Please note: we do not issue refunds for lower-priced items in an exchange. Items tied to promotional contests or giveaways cannot be changed or revoked.

In case you receive a defective item or something that was shipped in error, please contact our Customer Care team right away so we can make it right.

When sending items back, please include a copy of your original invoice and note the item and size you’re requesting in exchange. For upgraded items, be sure to include the additional payment.

 

WARRANTY CONCERNS

Any quality issues or manufacturing defects must be reported within 60 days of your purchase date to qualify for a replacement. Beyond 60 days, We are not responsible for product defects or damages.
